The platform
What we build and run
Each organisation gets its own website and membership platform, in its own name and identity. Behind it, we provide:
Membership and payments
Online joining, membership tiers, family and life membership, card payments and annual renewals.
Gift memberships
Members can buy a membership for someone else, who then accepts it and joins in their own name.
Certificates
A membership certificate for each member, generated from their record.
Registers
A register of members, with an optional public roll for members who choose to appear on it.
Members' area
A private area where members sign in to read member-only pages and see their own record.
Email to members
Welcome letters, renewal reminders and newsletters, sent in the organisation's name.
Events
Event notices and replies, so members can say they will attend and the organisers know who is coming.
Office tools
A private back office to look up members, send letters and issue documents.

How we work
The clan keeps its identity. We run the technology.
We work under licence. The clan or organisation grants Moohane a brand and heritage licence, and Moohane operates the platform under it. All commercial transactions on the platform are between the member and Moohane, so the organisation's leadership is not a party to them and carries no liability under them.
